Appalachian Ambassador Membership FAQ
With whom do Ambassadors work?
Through a number of activities and events, we maintain a direct partnership with the Alumni Association, University Admissions, and the Office of the Chancellor. In addition, we work closely with University Advancement, the Appalachian Parents Association, Appalachian's faculty and staff, and the surrounding community.
What kinds of events and activities do the Ambassadors do throughout the year?

What kind of time commitment is involved?
The Student Ambassadors have a tradition of excellence on this campus and in the community. We are regularly called upon to be representatives and volunteers where our dedication, service, and professionalism are of utmost importance. Commitment is pivotal to success in this organization.
What does it take to be a Student Ambassador?
Each Ambassador brings unique qualities and experiences to the organization but all of us have in common the ability to share our enthusiasm about Appalachian with others, a dedication to serving the University and the Ambassador organization, a strong sense of professionalism, and most importantly, a fun and positive attitude.
How many Ambassadors are in the organization?
Membership may vary to a maximum of 40 undergraduate members.
